• The "TRANSFER PORTAL!"   Policyholders are always moving from one state to another, or, buying property in another State.   Through the Transfer Portal, member Agents will see YOUR AGENCY listed as a member Agency when referring their Policyholders to a new Agent in the new state. 

• Family Days - group events will be planned in each Market where Agents will be able to bring their family, invite their team members AND family members for a day or event out of the office.   These events will help build relationships, boost morale, show appreciation, and earn team member respect. 

• Day of Service - The National Study Group will coordinate a day of service among participating members each year on June 7th.  Member Agencies will have the freedom to pick and choose a Service Project of their own interest.    The Day of Service will be foster team building and improve Office Culture, Social Responsibility, and Reputation within each community. 

• Members CARE - when Life doesn’t go right for one of our Members, we will issue a “Call to Action” for all Group Members to come together in support of a member in need. Together we can build a stronger community by supporting one another.

• Alumni Hall - Aside from "Facebook Groups" or networking on their own, ask ANY Agent who has retired what comes after retirement and they will ALL say NOTHING.   It's the "BIG LET DOWN."   Agents serve their Company for 30, 40, 50 or MORE years.  When they retire, they lose ALL connectivity to the Company as their are NO ties to the Company past retirement.    All "Retired" Agents will receive OPEN ENROLLMENT into the National Study Group's "Alumni Hall" (of Fame) and receive invitations to 'Family Days" and "Day of Service" projects.  Retirees will also be a network of volunteer help for your Community/Marketing Events. Retirees gave their careers so Members can realize their own!
